We want you to be happy with your Onyx Elevate purchase. If you are not satisfied with a training program, nutrition plan, bundle or subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

How you request a refund depends on where you bought:

• For web purchases, email us at OnyxPerformanceTeam@hotmail.com with your order confirmation and we'll process it through Stripe.
• Or email us at OnyxPerformanceTeam@hotmail.com with your order confirmation and we'll take care of it.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5, 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a web subscription at any time from your subscription page. In-app subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains available until it ends. First-month refunds are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
