Delete your account

You can delete your Onyx Elevate account in the app, or send a request from this page if you cannot sign in. We complete email requests within one month.
Delete it in the app
- Sign in to Onyx Elevate.
- Open Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type the email on the account and confirm. This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
Use this if you cannot sign in. It opens your email app with a message to OnyxPerformanceTeam@hotmail.com. We delete the account after we confirm the request belongs to you.
What we delete
- Your account, including email and login.
- Your profile, training logs, nutrition logs, and saved progress.
- Profile photos stored for your account.
What we keep
We keep financial records where the law requires it, typically for up to 7 years. Those records are limited to what we need for tax, accounting, and disputes.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that in the store. A web subscription stops renewing when the account is deleted.
