How to perform, step by step
- 1Bar over mid-foot. Shins ~2 cm from the bar.
- 2Hinge to grip, shoulders just in front of the bar.
- 3Big breath, brace, slack pulled out, push the floor away.
- 4Lock out hips and knees together, no hyperextension.
