How to perform, step by step
- 1Start with the chest, not the head. Let breathing settle for 10s.
- 2Then back of neck, then full body. Rotate slowly.
- 3Box breath: 4s in, 4s hold, 4s out, 4s hold. Repeat.
- 4Step out, don't towel off frantically, let body re-warm itself.

- Doing it right before bed, too stimulating, ruins sleep.
