How to perform, step by step
- 1Pre-load: write your diet rules, buy the book, schedule both workouts in your calendar.
- 2Outdoor workout = anything raining, snowing, freezing or sunny. Garage doesn't count.
- 3Water: 2 L by lunch, 4 L by 8 PM, stop drinking 2h before bed.
- 4Photo: same spot, same light, same outfit every day.

Rules

- Follow a diet you set in writing. Zero alcohol. Zero cheat meals.
- Drink 4 L of water. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book.
- Take a daily progress photo.
Common mistakes
- Treating the outdoor workout as a leisurely walk, it must be 45 min of intent.
- Skipping the progress photo, it's the single best motivator on Day 60.
- Defining 'cheat meal' loosely. One bite of birthday cake = Day 1 tomorrow.
