When to do it

1 L by 10 AM 路 2 L by 2 PM 路 3 L by 6 PM 路 3.8 L by 8 PM. Cut off 2h before bed.

How to perform, step by step

  1. 1Buy an actual 1-gallon jug, visual progress beats math.
  2. 2Drink 500 ml on waking, before coffee.
  3. 3Add electrolytes once a day, pure water washes out sodium.
  4. 4Eat your water: cucumber, watermelon, soup count as bonus.
