How to perform, step by step

  2. 2Proper trainers with cushion, blisters end the challenge by hour 4.
  3. 3Bring water + a snack past 90 min.
  4. 4Audiobook or podcast > music for long walks.

Rules

  • No food. 40k steps burns 3–4,000 cals, eat.
